Since I first received my Brokers license in 2002, I've helped clients all over the Chicagoland area successfully buy and sell real estate in both good and bad markets. I first worked in Glen Ellyn at Koenig & Strey in the mid-2000s and now work for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in the very same location.
My growing family includes my wife Jessica, son Sam, daughter Rowan and pup Birdie. We absolutely love living in Glen Ellyn, a town where my family history goes back nearly 200 years. We couldn’t have asked for a more inviting, family-friendly place to live. With endless things for kids and families, there are also so many great places for dinner, drinks, shopping, etc.
Real estate isn't a part-time career. I approach real estate as the very serious business that it is and rely heavily on my experience and my MBA, which was focused on business operations and marketing. With over 10 years of real estate experience and 10 years in corporate marketing I have the tools to help you meet your goals. These are major life events for my clients, and I want to make sure that they receive the attention to detail and strategic planning that they deserve.

"There is no other choice for me and my family than Dan Maurer. He has been an answer to prayers through both the purchase and sales of our homes! Dan is a trusted professional and friend, I highly recommend him."
"Dan helped us successfully negotiate in a competitive, multiple-offer scenario. He introduced us to the appropriate contractors, inspectors, and lawyers to make for an efficient process. Highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell!"
Dan was really great to work with and helped my wife and I find our new home. He was diligent and responsive to all our questions and requests to check out homes. I highly recommend you call Dan when it’s time to buy a home because no one is better than him!
